My Diet!

So hello! here is my diet for 3 days running from 11 February to 13 February 2011!

Day 1 – 11 February 2011

  • Broccoli, stir-fried
  • Fish with preserved black beans, steamed
  • 1 bowl
  • ¼ a bowl (about 1 portion)
  • 2 portions



Day 2 – 12 February 2011

  • 1 bowl

  • Chicken drumstick, boiled, lean and skin
  • Soup, peanut
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 portion (109.34 grams)
  • 0.3 portions of the whole chicken
